1. Do we offer response time gaurentee?

Yes, if needed your support contract can stipulate a 2 or 4 hour response time for critical problems

2. Do you offer discounts off your hourly rate for contract customers?

Yes, based on the size of the contract the hourly rates are discounted accrodingly.

3. Can you monitor our network without a monthly contract?

Yes, we offer remote monitoring as a separate line item in our contracts.

4. How do I contact you if we have a problem with our network.

Our web site has a non-critical request form that can be filled out. We also have state of the art communications systems in our office that alert us of your calls. In addition, unlike many companies who seem to dodge your calls we will also give you our Engineers direct cell phone numbers also.
